His new law firm specializes in business and commercial real estate property transactions, such as land sale purchase and sale agreements, large and small leases, partnership, corporation & limited liability company formation and management, and the like. A longtime Bakersfield resident, Attorney Finberg is a graduate of Garces Memorial High School, the University of California at Berkeley, and DePaul College of Law in Chicago.
